"American Idol" Former contestant, Corey Clark was busted yesterday morning in Arkansas on drug charges and for an outstanding warrant from Arizona. Corey was busted for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 2:30 a.m. His Arizona warrant stems from not appearing in court on trespassing charges. Clark was disqualified after reaching the finals of the popular TV show's second season in 2003 for failing to reveal a previous arrest. He later claimed to have had an affair with "Idol" judge , Paula abdul.

It's Officially Over for Spears & Federline

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's brief marriage is officially over. The couple's divorce was granted on Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Judge Scott Gordon signed the decree hours after Spears and Federline's lawyers appeared in court to settle the ongoing divorce battle. Spears' attorney Laura Wasser made a motion to keep the custody and child support provisions secret, on grounds that making it public would be harmful to the couple's sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. Judge Gordon granted that request, pending a hearing on August 14. But Tmz.com claims the divorce settlement will net Federline $35,000-a-month.

Lohan's Mother Blasts Trump about Comments

Lindsay Lohan's mother has fired back at Donald Trump after he advised the actress to "get a new set of parents" as part of her ongoing recovery. Dina Lohan admits she was upset by the glib comments Trump made to the New York Post the day after her daughter was arrested for drunk-driving and cocaine possession. She has responded by releasing a statement explaining she was "disappointed" by Trump's words. Dina writes, "I've always had a great admiration for your business sense and I've read all your books and learned from them. Your own brother died of alcoholism and you own Trump Vodka? Vacation in the UK

One of the places I want to travel to is the UK. Richie Sentenced to Four Days in Jail

Reality TV star Nicole Richie has been sentenced to four days in jail after pleading guilty to driving under the influence. The 25-year-old was sentenced on Friday morning in Los Angeles Superior Court, where she was supported by her boyfriend, Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden. Richie was arrested on December 11 when she found driving her Mercedez Benz the wrong way down California State Route 134 highway in Burbank, California.

The Superior Court Commissioner Steven K. Lubell warned Richie she had put lives at risk during the incident and if she drove under the influence again and killed someone, she could be charged with murder - not manslaughter. Lubell said, "You are not to drive with any measurable amount of alcohol or drugs in your system. You are not to drive without a driver's license." Richie was previously convicted of driving under the influence in 2003. In recent weeks, Richie has been rumored to be pregnant with Madden's baby, although neither have confirmed or denied the report.

Lindsay Lohan Busted

Sad news today. Lindsay Lohan was busted for driving under the influence again this morning in Santa Monica. it is reported that cocaine was found in the pockets of her pants. Her blood alcohol level was apparently between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit.

She was also busted with driving under a suspended license. Her bail was set at $25,000 and she's still under custody.

Nicole Richie's Trial

People Magazine Reports: Nicole Richie lawyer forced yet another delay in court Tuesday of her pending DUI trial.
