Getting In Shape

With Summer just around the corner, I know many of us would love to lose a couple of pounds or just stay in shape. I found this great site, MyFitnessPal.com, that has not only a free calorie counter, but you can also track your meals and exercise on their free diet journal! Not every site has a calorie counter, which is one of the many reasons that I love them, because it is so hard to keep track , especially with calorie counting. This site is really for everyone with any diet that you choose to do.
