Fitness and eating right

many seem to forget that when you do start a fitness routine, it's not jut about the workouts, it's also about eating healthy as well. Many people will go to the gym and grab a burger afterwards because they think they should reward themselves for an hour worth of workouts. Not only did it defeat the purpose, but now you will have to workout maybe twice as much to burn what you just ate.
