Having Healthy snacks available
I am one of those people who definite have to work on keeping my weight where I want it and I find that one of the tricks that help me do this is having healthy snacks available at all times especially when I get those cravings. Have you ever just sat at your computer and you just feel the need to just eat? Chats me! Some of the ideas of what I keep handy are: Fruits..always have fresh fruit in the fridge in Ziploc bags for those on the go, nuts..peanuts, almonds or a trial mix with raisins, is yummy. Another great tip to keep you from grazing or over eating. Fill up just amount for one serving in ziplock bag and once its done, that's it..snack time over!
