These days foods are so expensive, I remember when $20 could buy some groceries, at least 2 bags full, now I am lucky if that can cover a couple of items. Because of this, we have learned how to eat and on a budget. Budget meals are not only easy but they also feed the family. Things like rice and pasta or homemade pizza can be great for these kinds of meals if you want something other than ramen noodles. We have learned to make meat stretch as well as having meatless dinners which is not only helping with saving, but also very healthy as well.
