Are you like me and tend to over plan things to fit in one day and when things start to get to overwhelming, I just give up altogether and think to myself what was I thinking? I am slowly learning to tackle each thing at my own pace without a time limit which I always seem to put myself through. In the long run it hurts more than it does good. I try to make a list of things I want to get done and slowly go down it in hopes of actually succeeding. Does it all get done this way? No...but atleast I am sane by the end of the day and not worrying about failing.
