Crazy Fall NY weather

All I have been saying all week and last week is that the weather just gets crazier each year. For fall, we have had a mix of everything from snow, hail, rain and even really warm days all in a 2 week span. I don't know whether to take out the air conditioning in our home or what,its crazy!

I used to do the occasional mystery shopping and I really enjoyed it, the only problem is that some places do not pay the same anymore ad people are taking advantage of mystery shopping companies as well. I loved doing the evaluations theater check as well as setting up the point of purchase displays. Its a great way to make some extra cash but I do know many people who make it a full time gig. If you can make it work for you make sure you make it worth your time and effort.

Freezer Cooking

I have always loved cooking and freezing meals so that the family an enjoy anytime during the week and because I get tired, all they can do is heat and eat. I have tried one a month cooking and successfully have done for about 3 months then I got burned out, now I can do one to two weeks at a time and I think that is decent. Make a plan and go through with it, that always works.

My friends think that I should audition since they are accepting for the next season.I am a huge fan of the show and would love to participate but I don't think that I could handle it. I know how much that I criticise everything that everyone does, its hard not to, and I could not handle it myself. But if I want to push myself to the limit, I should participate in this one in a lifetime opportunity and see what happens.

This is a question that always seems to come up when I talk to my friends who are both married and single and it is always interesting to hear all sides of what they think it should be like. There are some that think that the wife should just stay home and the man brings home the bacon, also where both parties work and balance. I can see plus and minus for both sides. I think that it should be a mutual agreement on how things should go and make sure that both parties are happy about the arrangement.

Being Germ Free

I am one of those people who carry around hand sanitizers and put someone every time I touch any type of door knobs and I notice that I a not the only one. When did we become so paranoid and develop this OCD of thinking everything is germ ridden. How many people are actually washing their hands and doing everything to make sure that they do their part on keeping clean? This is one habit that is not going away, even though a place may look clean, you just never know.

I personally think that furniture covers are so important especially patio furniture covers. I have seen people leave their furniture pieces uncovered all year long and have problems getting the pile up gunk and god knows what else out of it. Walmart Addict

Who isn't addicted to wal-mart is what I want to know? Every weekend I find myself shopping there from the little things to big stuff. You can basically get anything and everything there, I love it and i also hate it. Many of the people there are not exactly normal looking or friendly, its so amusing.

I have to admit that there are some pretty awesome strollers on the market to make it easier for parents to use in their everyday lives and Baby jogger city select is definitely one of them. This model has so much to offer since you can add a bassinet or an infant seat to it depending on how you want it and also add a second seat with ease so this works great if you have a couple of young ones. But what really had me is how easy it is to fold I love a stroller that does not require a manual for how to close it. It is worth the price that you pay for the ease and your style.

Led Christmas Lights

As I a typing this I was wondering how did the whole year of 2010 seem to fly by without me wondering? I guess when there is so much going on, it is so easy to miss the days. Now that is it august, I have to start planning for all the holidays which includes thanksgiving and of course Christmas. Each year i have to get new light for the tree because something is always happening to them, don't you hate that? I am getting led christmas lights this year to see how we make out with them. I a very big on lights and the display of them, they do make the tree in my opinion, so it is important to have some awesome ones to use.

Keeping Cool in Summer

I can say that we had some really hot days here in NY but there are some days that are more unbearable than most. so how do we keep cool? If you dont have an AC you can always go to a friends home, go use someones pool and convince them to have a small get together like a pool party. Hang out in Super markets by the frozen food section, super cold in there. Always keep ice with you to eat or rub on yourself when feeling warm. You can try these and many other ways to try and keep cool during those summer months.
