Who else is almost as sick of turkey as I am? I have been looking all over for some leftover recipes, its insane the amount that we have left. So I am thinking some soup, some casseroles and everything else in between, I also know that turkey freezes well so that should be a plus. The bone makes for good broth yum!

Well it is the day after thanksgiving and what is it that everyone is looking forward to? the sales of course, it was crazy today especially in the long island mall. So crazy that a man died from being trampled to death and some other injuries, it is so crazy! I was thinking of POS systems and all of that jazz, oh man, if it gets cray like it was this year I dont want to go out, I will stick with the online deals!

Well as I am writing this, I am just overwhelmed with the amount of things that I have to get done now, including making a full meal for family that is coming over. I have been super lazy with getting some owrk done and actually shopping for needed ingredients. I want to make everybody happy but I am actually the one stressing out. At least there is black friday to look forward to.

After The Holidays

I will most likely be taking some type of diet pills because right after thanksgiving is christmas right nad thats even more eating, not to mention everything else in between, its going to be insane. BUt I do love this time, its all about love and harmony and all that other good stuff that comes along with the season. Who doesnt love it?

Holidays Coming Up

So the holidays are around the coner and you know what that means? Eat like a pig lol. This is something that always happens to me every year, I eat like crazy and then I feel super guilty because I probably gained like 10 pounds just like that. Well its about that time that we went looking and shopping for costumes, yes I said we because we all dress up for halloween and go trick or treating, we go to one of our faves store which is arty city, they really have some great things there and props to really help make a haunted house or just have a fun cool party. In my area there is only 3 locations of it that exist, luckily for us, each is only a hop skip and a jump away:)

I have always been thinking, what is a great to get into massage therapy schools? A frind of mines was talking about it today and how much she would love to do it for a living. I know that the pay is great but not too sure about how long it would take to startmaking that much. Sounds like an interesting job to get into.

I was shocked to here that the oldest blogger, olive riley, has dies at the old age of 108! WOW, she really lived a full life. She was an austrailian women and reading her blog was always interesting full of remember whens and depression and all sorts. Her stuff was good enough to put on a memory stick and read for later. She will surely be missed in the blogging community.

These days, I am taking it easy, we still do not know what we are doing for the summer and its basically here. Maybe some last minute vacation? This year the idea of going in a vacation is more appealing than actually going, you know making the plans is more fun. I just want to use one of my irons and get started on something already.

I love giving my home a constant makeover, why because I get bored easily and getting things done to the house is my way of therapy, I love the feeling I get once everything is done the way I want it to look like. My dh has been watching home and garden and all those diy shows on fixing up the home because you do it, you save more. So just buy the tools and start working. He wants to get started on his home theater lighting, so we should see in a few weeks if everything looks good and passable, or horrible and laughable. Good Weekend Holiday

We had anawesome holiday, the kids got to see a parade down 3rd avenue and I forgot my camera so no pics, sorry. So much people came over but we did not mind, it was a great event some of our family members kids graduated so kudos to them. Now I am left to clean up a huge mess so that means I have to get out the steam cleaner and get started. Yup, things are back to normal, I think.

She has been asked to front a new Fashion Nightmares show for the Fox network. The show is based on Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmares which has been a big hit in America after he took it over there last year.
